It began when our founder, Bob Tiedtke, worked alongside his father-in-law, Robert Shaffer, learning the trade from the ground up before eventually starting his own company, Bob’s Heating & Cooling. Through years of dedication and trusted service, the business grew into a name families could rely on—delivering quality work at an affordable price.

Today, that same commitment is being passed on to the next generation as the company transitions to new ownership under Bob’s son-in-law, Brent Dill, with a vision to continue the legacy for years to come, including the next generation.
